I absolutely love watching TED talks; you can learn so much in a short space of time and really have your eyes opened to new topics and ways of thinking.

Even though the vast majority of TED talks are great, every now and then you come across a talk which leaves you speechless.

This is one of those; one I simply had to share with you.

It is visually stimulating from the get-go but, for me, really turns into something special after 3 minutes and 45 seconds.

Take a look for yourself, I think you're going to enjoy this...

It really illuminates the senses doesn't it?

Both, the young girl and the gentleman, deliver such inspiring thoughts, and the visuals by Louie Schwartzberg fit the topic perfectly.

Imagine how your life would be different 1 month from now if you spent just 10 seconds each morning reminding yourself how today, like any other day, is a gift.

Videos like these are what the internet is made for.

I'd love to hear what you thought of the video and what connected with you especially?
